Originally from the UK, I now live in Western Australia with my husband, daughter and our incredibly sweet and gentle tabby cat called Pretty.

As an avid bookworm, I have always been passionate about reading picture books to my young daughter, and instantly fell in love with not only the modern-day rhyming stories by the likes of Julia Donaldson and Rachel Bright, but also the traditional classics by Shirley Hughes – most notably the Alfie and Annie Rose collection … as well as those by Judith Kerr  – with the Mog series becoming one of our family favourites. Needless to say, some of these books have been read MANY times during bedtime story time!
